Installation Tips
- Follow correct safety procedures at all times!
- Ensure that you have read and understood the installation instructions.
- Ensure that you have the correct tools for the job, as well as all the necessary parts and fittings.
- Layout parts and fittings, and ensure that you have the correct number and type of each.
- Measure the area carefully, taking care not to assume that the corners are square, and the floor is level – often they aren’t.
- When calculating the total width of the cubicles, don’t forget to allow for the width of the laminated wall panels.
- Use a plumb line to mark the position of the brackets on the rear wall.
- Check the construction of the rear wall to ensure it is suitable to bear weight.
- Ensure that the floor is suitable for drilling into.
- Mark the position of holes to be drilled carefully and be sure to double-check your measurements.
- Use adjustable feet to overcome any differences in the floor level.
- Take great care when drilling laminated panels, as chips and scratches will look unsightly and affect the waterproofing quality of the surface.
